Warranty Information
This product comes with a 2 year warranty. A claim must be made within 2 years of the date of purchase of the product. The product is warranted to be free of defect of material and workmanship for 2 years from date of purchase. This 2 year warranty is for 1 year parts and labour with an additional 1 year for parts only. The warranty excludes cartridges.
To make a claim under the warranty, email info@microwaterfilters.com.au with details of the defect, proof of purchase and installation by a licensed plumber. The warranty only applies if the product was used and/or installed in accordance with the user guide and/or installation instructions and only using genuine Micron Water Filters replacement cartridges, fittings and components supplied by Micron Water Filters.
Micron Water Filters may at its absolute discretion pay your reasonable documented, direct expenses of claiming under this warranty. You must submit details and proof of your expense claim to Micron Water Filters for its consideration.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other express or implied warranties and Micron Water Filters and the manufacturer shall in no circumstance be held liable for damages consequential or otherwise or delays caused or faulty manufacturing.
Applicable to all above, is that the warranty needs to be approved by Micron Water Filters to ensure product was not incorrectly used, installed or claimed. False and incorrect claims will be pursued at Micron Water Filter’s discretion, including chargeable inspection and labour costs incurred.

This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law: Our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
